BEAUCHAMP is a pure malt locavore, unfiltered, finished in ex-barrels of Pineau des Charentes at 46% ABV. It is produced by Les Bienheureux, in their Bercloux distillery, located on the border between the Charente and Charente-Maritime.
The local barley comes from the distillery's fields or from partner farmers. It is one of the only French distilleries to have its own brewery to guarantee the quality of its eaux-de-vie.
The four different stills at the distillery allow a great complexity of distillates to be obtained.
